XL Sphere Table Lamp ‘Model 4043’ by Filippo Panseca for Kartell, Italy 1960s

Table / floor lamp ‘Model 4043’ by Filippo Panseca for Kartell, Italy 1968. Two models were produced, this is the rare largest version. Interesting radical design consisting an acrylic glass ball with a double face mirror in the inside and a polished stainless steel cilinder base with light from the inside. The sphere can be put in any direction which causes a very interesting reflection of the light due to the mirrors. In an exceptional good original condition.
