Refined Italian side chair in walnut and mohair, 1940s. Striking design with a beautiful combination of sharp lines and organic shapes with a modern yet classic appearance and use of material. Eye catching and a unique feature is the sharp diamond shaped shell backside with the legs sprouting out in a continuing line and the distinguished triangular armrests which points out the radical shapes even more. The wood is refinished and the upholstery is redone following and respecting the old and traditional method preserving of the internal metal springs. Beautiful and comfortable chair to be used as a side chair, at a small elegant desk in the living room or bedroom. In excellent condition.
