Unique prototype Art Deco club chair, France 1940s

Prototype Art Deco club chair, France 1940s. Unique chair made as a prototype / experiment; the frame is carried out in hardboard, a new material for that time which allowed to bow it in any form. The surface is finished with different layers of colored and wax which provides a certain trompe l'oeil effect, it really gives the idea of an old leather surface. The wood is attached to the frame with nice small nails, pointing out the authentic prototype character of the chair. Very cool and decorative chair in a good authentic condition with a fantastic patina.
