Stunning pair of Soriana lounge Chairs by Afra & Tobia Scarpa for Cassina, Italy 1969. The chairs are reupholstered in a natural, smooth and high quality beige colored leather, giving them a rich appearance. The foam is in the original round and bulky shape, perfect original condition, very important for these kind of chairs as it is giving them their original appearance. The chrome clamps forms a nice contrast with the leather. The 'Soriana Chair' won the Compasso d’Oro in 1970. In an excellent original condition.
