Stunning pair of Soriana lounge Chairs by Afra & Tobia Scrapa for Cassina, Italy 1969. The chairs are reupholstered in a subtle taupe coloured boucle by Kvadratt. The concept behind the Sorina range was to express a comfortable design where a bundle of Fabric held together by a chrome plated metal clamp. The 'Soriana Chair' won the Compasso d’Oro in 1970. In an excellent original condition.
