Set of two Midcentury Modern ‘hairpin’ side chairs, 1960s

Set of two midcentury modern ‘hairpin’ side chairs, 1960s. The chairs are constructed out of a white lacquered solid tubular steel frame and a round cilinder shaped seating. The frames have a stunning patina, lacquer is partly faded which is providing a lot of character, the seats are reupholstered in a natural coloured canvas. The primary shapes used for the designs results in an interest almost sculptural appearance. Highly decorative pieces in good condition.
