Unique side table, France 1940s. Distinctive sculptural table crafted out of solid dark stained oak. The beautifully hand carved dark stained oak table top rests on a corkscrew shaped centre collum on a nice contrasting cube, all in one piece. The variation in form, shape, texture and color making it a very interesting whole and is giving it its unique appearance. Reminiscent of the work of Charles Dudouyt. In good condition.
