Radical Italian Tubular Desk, 1960s

Radical Italian Tubular Desk, 1960s. The desk is designed in commission for a unique villa on Sicicily, see black and white photo from the original setting. The desk is made from one big continuous metal tube which is finished in an off white lacquer. The 18 mm thick clear glass top is going into the frame on the overhanging side and is furthermore supported by the frame. On the end part the architect designed a swinging lamp, the lamp is provide with one E-27 light fitting. Really unique and amazing desk, great quality. The glass top has been replaced. In very good condition.
