Philippe Starck ‘Costes’ table

Rare 'Costes' table designed by Philippe Starck for Café Costes in Paris 1982. The table is produced by Driade.
Sophisticated design composed of principle forms in metal: Cilinder shaped stem with a sturdy cone shaped base, and a round table top with nicely tapered edge. Inside the base is a heavy piece of concrete to obtain it's stability. The table is finished with a nice structured lacquer. Great table for in a kitchen or as a decorative side table. In good original condition.
