Pair of French Hand Crafted wooden stools

Unique sculptural wooden stools, France ca 1960. The stools come from a mountain farm and are hand carved by a local craftsman. Beautiful primitive and robust design that follows the shape of the original tree trunk. Very unusual and highly decorative objects that can both be used as stools or as small side tables. In good original condition with a stunning patina.
