Large Achille Castiglioni ‘cocoon’ pendant  Italy 1960’s

Large pendant by Achille Castiglioni, Italy 1960’s. Rare version shaped like a flying sorcerer. The lamp is part of the “cocoon” series and made out of a sprayed latex material which was a very innovative for that time. It results in a magnificent light partition with a warm glow. Very good original condition.
