‘Boxer' lounge chair by Kwok Hoi Chan for Steiner, France 1971. Interesting design constructed out of thick chromed tubular frame and a floating leather seat. The traditional tufted upholstery creates an intering contrast with its modern design and meterial. The chair has been reupholstered in a high quality dark cognac colored aniline leather. All is redone within perfection and by the original pattern. The chair offers a great comfort and support due to its rounded and slightly tilted back, deep seat and the floating tubular base which creates a nice subtle bounce. In perfect condition with some use on the chrome.
