Carlo Bartoli 'Bicia' lounge chairs for Arflex, Italy, 1969. Stunning fiberglass shells with a soft cognac leather upholstery. Very interesting combination of the elegant design and radical use of material.
The leather upholstery is executed with refined stitchwort which remind of a 'grand foulard'. The chairs are very comfortable and offer a great support in the lower back due to the small cushion.
