Brutalist barstools, France 1960s

Set of two sculptural barstools, France 1960s.These bar stools are often attributed to Olavi Hänninen but actually a French production of the 60s. The stools are constructed out of dark stained Elm wood with nice warm tones. Every single element of the chairs is carved by hand, therefore no piece is the same. The seat have a nice pentagon shape which gives them a nice playful appearance. In very good original condition.
