Sculptural dining table mod. 302 by Angelo Mangiarotti for Bernini, Italy, 1959. Beautiful design consisting of a stunning large matte white marble top on a refined cast bronze trumpet base, manufactured by the Battaglia foundry in Milan. The marble is always of the highest quality; the extra white marble was specially selected at the time and is hard to find nowadays. The heavy bronze base ensures the table is very stable. Beautiful as a dining table for 4 persons or as a sculptural center table. In very good original condition, with a beautiful subtle patina on the bronze base.
