Abstract sculpture, 1968. The sculpture is made from deep stained clay (special technique) with a nice open and structured surface which is giving the sculpture an interesting expressive Brutalist feel, it stands on a rough cutted piece of solid metal. The center is decorated with a refined ruby red glazed ceramic circle. The concrete parts varying in color, dark brown tones for the large ring shape and saturated black tones for the details. Signed and dated at the bottom: C E - ‘68. In excellent condition.
