Rare Luigi Caccia Dominioni mod. 'Pouf 1' for Azucena, Italy ca 1960. Exceptional octagonal shaped model just produced for a short time which stands out in both shape and size. Modest and classical design with typical radical Dominioni lines, outstanding in quality. The pouf is upholstered in the original rib cord velvet and has the original Walnut trimming, the internal structure has the original copper springs which create the nice curved seat. In order to make the pouf both look more light and more modular it was provided with wheels. Perfect item as a center piece in the seating room but also lovely in a changing room. To make the concept even more outspoken we have a round pouf by Dominioni available which can create an interesting match due to the contrast in shape. In excellent original condition.
