Unique plaster wall relief by Momcilo Milovanovic (1921 - 2013), France 1975. Milovanovic studied sculpting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade until 1958, his life path took him to France where he spent the rest of his life. Works of Milovanovic can be found in important collections of art connoisseurs as well in different public spaces. This relief is showing an intriguing graphic 'Symbolic' work made in solid plaster. The dessin shows a continuing flow of geometric harmonious lines reminiscent of the Op-Art movement, yet performed in a more hand crafted sculptural way.
