Palme wall lamps designed by George Jouve, edited by Jouve France in the 1960s. These tiles were manufactured shortly after the death of George Jouve in his former workshop where they continued the production. The tiles are beautiful organically shaped in the form of palm leaves out of terra cotta colored chamotte clay, the material really emphasize it's southern European character. The tiles were used outside and therefore gained a beautiful patina. The brass frame is a recent additive, each frame hides two small brass E-27 light fittings. In perfect condition.
