‘Mod. P11 Fasce Cromate’ sofa by Luigi Caccia Dominioni (Milano, 1913 - 2016) for Azucena, Italy 1963. Luigi Caccia Dominioni is considered as the architect of Milan, in 1947 he founded Azucena together with Ignazio Gardella. His designs are very well crafted, with a lot of attention for details. The combination of this ingredients caused strong timeless designs. The sofas consisting a heavy chromed flat steel construction and brushed 100% linen velvet. The upholstery is voluminous and showing a nice irregular surface which creates an interesting contrast with the clean steel frame and sharp lines. The filling of the cushions is redone as well following the original lines and look & feel. The sofas offers great comfort and are in a very good condition.
