Modular 'California' sectional sofa by Jacques Charpentier, France 1970s. Interesting sleek design of a carved out cubic shape on a square polished stainless steel base, providing a very modern feeling. The chairs are upholstered in a high quality thick cognac colored nubuck leather which gives the chairs a nice vivid texture and a characteristic surface. The elements were designed to be combined and ordered in several settings and can also be used as a single lounge chair. The set offers great comfort and is in very good condition.
