Rare modernist side chair by L.O.V. Oosterbeek, the Netherlands 1921. L.O.V. is an abbreviation of Labor Onia Vincit which means 'Work conquers all'. Designed most probably by Fritz Spanjaard who became the artistic director of L.O.V. in 1919. The chair is constructed out of solid stained oak and designed with a very progressive mind set. All four legs are placed in different angles causing a very modernistic result. Highly collectible object in very good original condition, signed with label on the bottom.
