Side table by Ilmari Tapiovaara for Laukaan Puu, Finland, 1950s. Modest Scandinavian design made out of solid Pine wood, simple yet refined with exactly the right feeling. Very well made with interesting details such as the eye catching box joint wood connections and the three wooden slats which are connected with dark stained wooden dowels. Stamped with the Laukaan Puu logo. In very good condition with a nice warm patina.
