Gino Sarfatti ‘Model 1055’ adjustable floor lamp for Arteluce, Italy 1950’s

Minimalistic floor lamp mod. 1055 by Gino Sarfatti for Arteluce, Italy 1960’s. Sophisticated design out of primary shapes; a cilinder shaped spot and a circular shaped base. Although minimal in design and material: black lacquered metal and chrome, the elements work very good together and causing an interesting architectural appearance. The refined cylinder shaped shade can be adjusted in hight and direction, making it a very functional lamp. The lamp is rewired with the behold of the original internal materials and fits one E27 fitting. In very good condition.
